Refund policy
Thirty days, full refund, no questions asked. Email support@pivio.app and we take care of it.
What is covered
- • Desktop license. Full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. You do not need to explain yourself. Your license key is deactivated when the refund is issued.
- • Pivio Cloud subscription. Cancel any time from the Polar customer portal. Cancel within 30 days of a charge and we refund that charge in full. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- • Founding licenses. The first 100 desktop licenses are free, so there is nothing to refund. Claim one, keep it for life.
How to request one
Email support@pivio.app from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number. That is the whole process. We aim to reply within two business days, and the refund is issued as soon as we do.
You can also open the Polar customer portal with your purchase email to see your orders and manage a Cloud subscription.
Who processes the payment
Pivio sells through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles the charge, the tax, and the mechanics of returning your money, so a refund lands back on the original payment method. We never see or store your card details.

You should not need this page. Pivio is free to try for 7 days with no card and no account, and the first 100 licenses are free for life. Download it, run your agents, and only pay once you are convinced.
