Claude Code GUI · macOS, Windows, Linux
Run your Claude Code sessions in one window.
Pivio is a desktop GUI for Claude Code. Keep several sessions visible, open your editor and browser beside them, and give each task its own Git worktree. Codex and OpenCode can run in the same workspace.
Uses your existing Claude Code login. Claude usage is billed separately by your provider.
Keep the work around each session close.
Follow several tasks
Watch one agent investigate a bug while another works on a separate feature. Each pane keeps its own conversation, so you can return to the session that needs an answer.
Check the result beside the agent
Open the editor to read a change or use the embedded browser to check your local app. Keep your task list in the GitHub-synced kanban board.
Separate branches with worktrees
Use the Worktrees panel to create a working copy for a task and see which agents belong to it. Review each branch before merging; separate worktrees can still produce conflicting changes.
How Git worktrees work with coding agentsSet up your first workspace
- Install Claude Code and finish signing in. Run a session in your terminal to check that it works. Anthropic's setup guide covers installation and supported environments.
- Install Pivio for your operating system and add the project directory you want to work on. Start a Claude Code session in a pane.
- Give that session a small task with a clear result. Before starting a second editing task, create a separate worktree and use it for the second session.
- Read the diff and run the project's checks before merging. Keep tasks small enough that you can review each one on its own.
For a terminal example you can follow step by step, see running Claude Code and Codex in parallel.
Before you download
Is Pivio an official Claude Code app?
Pivio is an independent desktop app. It runs the Claude Code CLI alongside Codex and OpenCode. Anthropic develops Claude Code and provides its own interfaces; Pivio adds a shared workspace around the CLIs you use.
Can I run more than one Claude Code session?
Yes. Pivio supports up to six agent panes in a workspace. You can run several Claude Code sessions or mix Claude Code with Codex and OpenCode. Give independent editing tasks separate Git worktrees so they do not share the same working files.
Does Pivio include Claude usage?
No. You authenticate Claude Code with your own supported account or provider credentials. Its usage limits and charges still apply. Pivio does not supply model credits or increase your Claude allowance.
Can I use it on Windows or Linux?
Pivio has desktop downloads for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Claude Code must also be installed and able to run in your chosen environment. Follow Anthropic’s setup instructions for the requirements on your operating system.
